PCL News (updated: 1/27/2025

2025 PCL news and notes:

• The league agreed to use "test 5" to determine team rankings for the first round in the 2025 main PCL draft.
• The league also agreed that WWW picks 2-10 of the first 2 rounds would be determined by a randomized snake draft. Round 3 of the WWW draft would be the same as the first round.
• 1/23 on: WWW protected player list to GW.
• Thursday, 1/30: WWW begins at 9am.
• 2/4/25: Order new baseball season from SOM.
• 2/24/25: SOM game download available.




Tentitive 2025 PCL convention schedule:

• Tuesday 3/18/25: KH and EH arrive in La Quinta, CA.
• Wednesday 3/19/25: Arrival, golf, and leisure day
• Thursday  3/20/25: Gof and leisure day.
• Friday 3/21/25: DRAFT DAY!
• Saturday 3/22/25: Waiver wire and preseason tourney
• Sunday 3/23/25: Depart by 11am.

Commissioner's Notes (Updated 4/29/24):

• May 15: all instructions are approved and released.
• May 31st: Managers with two teams have played their home and home series.
• June 30th: 5 home series have been played.
• July 25th: 8 total home series have been played.
• August 25th: 11 total home series have been played.
• September 25th: all home games have been played by each manager.
• October 1st: all playoff games have been played accept the championship series.
• October 15th: the entire season, including the championship series have been completed.
